Interactive Display

This interactive display that we designed and fabricated for the west entryway at Holy Family Memorial combines many different elements. We used LED drivers and fiber optics to light the stars in the sky. We custom designed the low-voltage switches that cause additional objects to light up in the sky when the buttons on the console are pressed. The frame is constructed of wood and wood composite materials, covered with FormicaŽ laminate. Digitally printed vinyl was applied to polycarbonate and DiBondŽ, which was curved and bent into shape. Artwork was created by Kristin Gresl of Holy Family Memorial.

This 68 foot long display highlights the produce department at Rob's Family Market. It consists of 16 professional photographs as large as 3 x 4 feet, spaced away from the substrate to create a 3-dimensional effect.

We can custom-make displays for events such as trade shows or display booths. These can be made from a variety of materials to fit any application or budget. The DibondŽ substrate can make especially eye-catching displays because it can be bent or folded to make unique shapes. We also can produce small models of large-scale projects, such as the 12" tall Lullaby Lane model shown above, to help our customers visualize the finished product.

To meet our customer's specifications, we engineered this project so he could enjoy his stained glass panel outdoors in all weather conditions. It is backlit, dimmable, and housed neatly in a custom-designed and fabricated stainless steel frame and protected by automotive-type glass.

After checking with numerous distributors, an internally-lit sign thin enough for this application simply wasn't available. We designed and fabricated this sign using DibondŽ and a T5 fluorescent system to create a finished product less than 2" thick.

These changeable hymn board numbers were another item that simply wasn't available anymore in the correct size. We were able to easily fabricate a new custom-fit set that will last for many years to come.
